Jerome Kimani - BioI am 24 years old and about to start my 6th year of my Bachelor of Architecture degree. I have developed a deep interest in Sustainable Architecture and its import on the SDGs (Sustainable Development Goals). I hope to empower young designers to solve the most pressing problems of our society. My most remarkable experience in Architecture school has been leading the Architecture Students Association in my university for one year as it's President. And I have the Berkeley Prize to thank for that! Our previous President was a prize winner 3 years ago, which prompted me to reach out to seek mentorship due to my interest in writing as a way to grow as a designer. I am passionate about Public Speaking and Soft Skills coaching for young people. I also enjoy music and performing arts and I am engaged in a production company called Khweva when my time allows it. At the time of writing this I am involved in their latest project, a musical play called Kiri. Additional Help and InformationAre you in need of assistance? Please email info@berkeleyprize.org. |
